Some months back, when I was looking for domestic help
for my elderly mother who has dementia I was drawn to
the Helping Hands advert in the Yellow Pages since it
specifically offered assistance for the elderly.
One of the things that has impressed me most from the
outset is the personal attention that Wendy Has shown,
although we initially booked just two hours per fortnight.
More recently when I needed to increase the agency hours
to accommodate laundry, it was necessary to find someone
else to cover my mother’s cleaning and Wendy kept
in touch with me throughout, ensuring a suitable member
of staff was assigned and co-ordinated a hand over.

professional and approachable. They always do a thorough
